Critic’s choice Awards 2012
There are many artist received awards of Critic’s Choice Awards 2012 last night. The artist proved just how much of a success and it has been as it swept the board at the Critic’s Choice Awards.It proved to be a good night for The Help and other critically acclaimed film that scooped 3awards including Best Acting Ensemble. The Artist a French silent film set in the 1920s waltzed away with 4 awards for the top accolade of Best Picture. It also won award for costume design, best score and director for Michel Hazanavicius. He collected the award and joked ‘I don’t like to speak so much’. Producer Thomas Langmann collected the Best Picture award for the black and white movie.

The Help, a big screen adaptation of the bestselling book by ‘Kathryn Stockett.’ He got three awards as Best Actress for Viola Davis who plays the main character Aibileen Clark. Overcome with emotion collected the award and told ‘I absolutely knew I wanted to be an actor because I wanted to be somebody.’ Co-star Octavia Spencer was awarded Best Supporting Actress for her role as Minny Jackson, Aibleen’s best friend. Emma Stone, Jessica Chastain, Allison Janney, Cicely Tyson, Ahna O’Reilly and Chris Lowell also arrived on the stage.
