The 19 year old starlet flaunted a whole lot of sexy skin during a performance in Puerto Rico when she took the stage in a super skimpy outfit.  Singer Justin Bieber’s girlfriend wore a plunging blue gown, while her maxi skirt wrapped just around her backside, showing off her legs in a bedazzled bodysuit. Singer Selena was spotted making her way through the airport in Puerto Rico earlier in the day after flying in from Los Angeles. Her partner Justin Bieber was at LAX in a pair of crazy eye grabbing socks. Over the weekend, celebrity hosted her second annual concert to benefit UNICEF at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip.

Singer has been an ambassador for the charity for two years. She has even travelled to Ghana and Chile to bring awareness about certain issues. In 2011 she helped launch Celebrity Tap, which raised money to help UNICEF provide water and sanitation programs in Togo. Selena, boyfriend Justin and David Beckham, raised $200,000 for the charity. The Wizards of Waverly Place star’s fellow Disney alum Miley Cyrus also made waves when she performed in some provocative barely there outfits.
