It looks she can not retain legal counsel on her payroll- Lindsay Lohan’s new lawyer Robert Shapiro has resigned as her counsel. During a behind-closed-doors session, Shapiro meets with Judge Marsha Revel to talk about the matter and consequently quit the case.

In related news, the “Mean Girls” celibrity is due in court this morning as she turn herself in for her 90-day jail punishment. Last night she tweeted, “the only ‘bookings’ that I’m familiar with are Disney movies, never thought that I’d be ‘booking’ into jail … eeeks.”
